Minimum quantities depend on the product and level of customisation. Many products are available from a single piece, while more customised options typically start from around 100 pieces. Highly bespoke products and smaller bulk-manufactured items may require quantities of 1,000 or more.

We will prepare a tailored product proposal based on your requirements. This initial proposal is free of charge, and you do not need to arrive with a fully developed brief.

Yes. We can develop products around your design, brand, and technical requirements. Possibilities include custom figurines, sewn apparel and bags, bespoke printing, CNC-manufactured components, custom packaging, custom painted art, and custom brick-building sets.

Feasibility, minimum quantities, and development costs depend on the product. We assess these individually and explain the available options before proceeding.

For most products, a branded or pre-production sample can be arranged for an additional cost. However, certain fully customised or bulk-manufactured products cannot be produced economically as a single piece. Examples may include custom knitted socks, lanyards, custom-made toys, custom poker chips, and other highly customised products.

Timelines depend on the product, quantity, branding method, sample requirements, and delivery destination. Standard products with branding typically require 7–10 working days for production, while more customised products may take around one month or longer depending on the product and its complexity.

If you have an event date or fixed deadline, include it in your enquiry. Your proposal will contain an estimated production and delivery schedule. Production begins after the quotation and artwork have been approved and the prepayment has been received.

We offer a wide range of branding methods, including digital and transfer printing, screen printing, pad printing, laser and CO₂ engraving, embossing, hot stamping, sublimation, doming, embroidery, patches, and custom labels.

For textiles and other chosen product categories, specialty options include puff printing, 3D embroidery, reflective, photoluminescent, metallic, and textured print effects. Available methods depend on the product, material, design, and required quantity. We will recommend the most appropriate option for your project.

Yes. Within the European Union, we can arrange delivery to one or multiple addresses. For destinations outside the EU, we currently arrange delivery to a single address.

Share whatever you already know: approximate quantity, deadline, delivery location, budget, product idea, branding requirements, restrictions, and any logos or reference images. A partial brief is enough—we will help with the rest.

For production-ready artwork, we prefer vector files in PDF, AI, or SVG format. You can also send photographs, mock-ups, and reference images through the contact form. We will check the supplied files and let you know if higher-quality or production-ready artwork is required.

After receiving your enquiry, we prepare an individual proposal with product options and pricing. Some prices may initially be approximate when they depend on final artwork, branding, or other custom production requirements. Any approximate pricing will be clearly identified in our presentation or proposal.

Before arranging samples, beginning production, or providing another paid service, we issue a quotation and wait for your approval. Production begins after the quotation and artwork have been approved and the prepayment has been received. Once the order has been dispatched, we provide the appropriate final invoice documentation.
